We operate under a direct-to-consumer model, offering our products exclusively through our official website without involving intermediaries. This approach supports our team in managing various production stages directly, aiming to reduce the time between order placement and delivery.

Big Duck Canvas provides natural cotton fabrics that are soft, lightweight, and breathable — these are commonly used in our core T-shirt lines for their comfort and suitability for daily wear.
Fabric Wholesale Direct offers structured PE fleece and brushed fleece with a noticeable fiber density. These are used for sweatshirts and hoodies where warmth and a stable surface for prints are important considerations.

Typical processing time: Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days, depending on the complexity of the artwork.
Printing methods: Techniques such as heat transfer, DTF (Direct-to-Film), or vinyl may be employed, based on the fabric type. We select inks and materials with consideration for durability and suitability for clothing that comes into contact with skin.
Note: This service is available for ready-made items only. We do not offer the creation of custom garments from scratch.
Shipping & Order Tracking
After the final quality check, your item is prepared for shipment and transferred to our delivery partners within the United States. We collaborate with: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with the choice often depending on your location and desired delivery time frame.
Each order typically includes a tracking number, which is sent to your email to help you follow the shipping progress. Estimated delivery time is generally 5 to 6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
