Izzapew was established by Emmanuel in Naples, Florida, in 2024. The concept began from a common experience: finding a T-shirt that feels good, looks right, and maintains its shape after multiple washes can sometimes be challenging.

We operate under a direct-to-consumer model, offering our products exclusively through our official website without involving intermediaries. This approach supports our team in managing various production stages directly, aiming to reduce the time between order placement and delivery.

Our website is structured to facilitate straightforward ordering of ready-made garments. Additionally, a dedicated contact form allows customers to submit print requests, suggest minor design adjustments, or track order progress.

A notable aspect of our process involves combining in-house-made stock products with optional print-on-demand services. This model supports more efficient order handling while accommodating personal expression.

Production Process & Quality Oversight: Designed for Consistency

Fabric Sources & Key Suppliers

We collaborate with selected U.S.-based textile suppliers, focusing on materials that are suitable for both larger-scale manufacturing and printing compatibility:

• Big Duck Canvas provides natural cotton fabrics that are soft, lightweight, and breathable — these are commonly used in our core T-shirt lines for their comfort and suitability for daily wear.

• Fabric Wholesale Direct offers structured PE fleece and brushed fleece with a noticeable fiber density. These are used for sweatshirts and hoodies where warmth and a stable surface for prints are important considerations.

Once fabric arrives, it is delivered to our facility at 7209 Acorn Way, Naples, FL 34119, USA, where it undergoes an inspection for variations and is prepared for production.

Material Selection Based on Use Case

Fabrics are matched to each product category considering function and adaptability:

• For T-shirts: We select lightweight, breathable cotton that typically responds well to direct-to-fabric printing — this type of fabric is considered for both daily wear items and personalized requests (such as logos or names).

• For sweatshirts: We utilize heavier fleece materials with slight stretch, chosen to provide comfort and print stability, particularly for coordinated outfits or seasonal collections.

We also maintain stock of neutral-color fabrics to support optional printing, aiming for clear visuals and consistent color representation.

Cutting, Sewing & Finishing

Our garments generally adhere to a standardized fit model that has been refined through various assessments. The in-house production process typically involves:

• Cutting fabric to size based on core sizing guidelines

• Assembling garments through a structured workflow

• Reviewing seams, trimming excess threads, and aligning graphics or prints where applicable

This consistent process is applied across our ready-made products to help maintain a stable inventory that can be dispatched efficiently upon order.

Final Checks & Packaging

Before packing, each item undergoes a review for construction, visual finish, and—if relevant—print alignment. Items are sorted and packed after a check against internal guidelines for color consistency, seam quality, and print placement.

Customization Process: Adding a Personal Touch

If you are interested in adding your own design, text, or image to an in-stock item, you can upload the file through our website or contact form. Upon receiving your request, the Izzapew team typically reviews the material compatibility and aims to provide a preview of the design layout before proceeding.

• Typical processing time: Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days, depending on the complexity of the artwork.

• Printing methods: Techniques such as heat transfer, DTF (Direct-to-Film), or vinyl may be employed, based on the fabric type. We select inks and materials with consideration for durability and suitability for clothing that comes into contact with skin.

• Note: This service is available for ready-made items only. We do not offer the creation of custom garments from scratch.

Shipping & Order Tracking

After the final quality check, your item is prepared for shipment and transferred to our delivery partners within the United States. We collaborate with: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with the choice often depending on your location and desired delivery time frame.

Each order typically includes a tracking number, which is sent to your email to help you follow the shipping progress. Estimated delivery time is generally 5 to 6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Izzapew operates with a compact team engaged in design, production, and customer support functions. The core team includes five members who oversee the creation of in-stock collections, manage order tracking, and assist customers as needed. In addition, over 20 production staff manage tasks such as cutting, sewing, printing, and packaging at our workspace.

Collaboration between the design and production teams contributes to streamlining operations and maintaining consistent output. This setup supports periodic updates to collections and facilitates processing incoming orders, including those with customization requests, in a structured manner.
